Do you have a larger photo of the headpiece?
The necklace looks sort of like a choker. With the neckline of your dress, I think something slightly longer would be more suited to the top.

I think the choker would look great with your dress and the headpiece.
The earrings have to be simple, maybe some pearl studs or little drops.
