Ok - my bridesmaids are wearing Bill Levkoff 551 (click here) in Celadon green. We are going to be doing lots of lavender accents, as well as pinks, blues, etc...
So - Please vote on which of these you like and feel free to add suggestions opinions... my feelings will not be hurt.. i need help here ladies!!!!.... just to note, the first one is 'real' - 1/8ct (ok, so not huge, but real, hehe) the rest are sterling silver/CZ etc.
The first one is my favorite, but I also like #4. Both of these will go with anything, so your girls can wear them again...

I bought my girls something very similar to the first one. They were very small diamonds, but real nonetheless! love it...

I like the brushed silver necklace (4) i think it would go great with your dresses, though the Initial ones are a really sweet idea b/c they are a more personalized to each girl...tough choice, Good Luck

Number 1 while pretty is going to be too small, I think it will get lost.
The initial necklaces are a nice idea but for me seem a bit young. If all your girls are younger - go for it - but IMO it's not the most appropriate although I like the personal touch.
LOVE the brushed silver but it's a bit strong - may be too big for some of your girls to pull off.
I like the colored pendent. I really think the pop of color and the natural aspect of the stones will really play well with your color theme and the flowers.
Oh and your BM's dresses are AMAZING!

Yeah, I love those dresses.. & coincidentally, I made all my girls 'will you be my bridesmaid' dresses... and on them I pasted a little dress I drew; that was last november... My friend just pointed out that the dresses we got are basically the dresses I drew! It's like a sign that we got the right dress!
