Necklace? with poll

When I bought my DOJ I did it on the assumption that I would not be wearing a necklace... that's why I went so big with the earrings.

Now I'm wondering if I SHOULD wear a necklace??

I'm going to be ordering a bracelet from CJB designs... maybe I should do a necklace to match? What do you think?

If you do go with a necklace, make it simple. I think it'd look nice with a single pearl maybe.....

Sorry didn't read the full post. If you went with diamond, maybe stick w/ simple single diamond necklace

i would do a simple pendant if you go with a necklace, otherwise its overkill

I say skip necklace, big stones are in, jewelry in in, in a big way ... but ...

Take the Academy Awards as example, and look at the pics of the more tasteful celebs...

If you do necklace, you do an elaborate necklace and no earrings... if you do earrings, you do elaborate earrings and no necklace... It doesn't look bare, it looks elegant.

I'm not celeb crazy, at all, its just that they each pay several thousand to have someone style them, I think their stylist may have an idea on whats going on and what looks right...

I think you look beautiful as is, but if you want a necklace I would do it simple...I don't think you need it though!

Since your dress is so detailed on the top, i would skip it.

NO NECKLACE!!! keep the earrings the way they are and a bracelet...there is so much detail on your dress you dont want to take away from that you want to enhance it. I also really like the look of strapless dresses with a bare neck but that is just me. I think you look perfect without the necklace.

If you do go with necklace make is SO SO SO simple

I'm gonna go ahead and say NO necklace, and just get the bracelet. This is pretty much the one I'm getting, just have to measure my wrist so I can place the order!



Thanks everyone!!!!! I was honestly leaning towards getting a necklace, so this really helped!!

ETA: I'm going to try to make the bracelet a DIY... I posted about this a while back but was too scared lol... well I just ordered the supplies, so no turning back now!! Unless it's really ugly..

If you are getting a bracelet too with the earrings, I would skip the necklace. I don't think you need it at all. But you should do whatever ultimately makes you feel best.
