You should get a lot of responses to this one. It all depends on what kind of music you want. They have different sounds. Some of the good ones we saw were: The Mystic (we're using them)

I defintely suggest you go to band showcases. We went to probably 10 different bands!!! It's fun if your FH is going with you. Good luck!

We're using Renegade. Their are part of the LI paramount company. We loved them when we heard them and we're so excited to have them at our wedding! I've heard a lot of amazing things about them!

I've heard great things about NYC Swing too. My finance's sister used them and loved them!

Also, check into the bands of Faze 4 orchestras. I've heard 'Play by Play' and 'Original Faze 4' and both were amazing.

We're using NYC Swing. They're awesome, but they are also pretty expensive.

Other bands that we checked out and really liked were Times Square Orchestra and the Paul Rich Band.

They are awesome! There's a schedule on their website of when they'll be playing locally, as well as the bridal showcases they're doing.

We are using Play by Play by Faze 4 Orchestras.

We also liked Heart and Soul and Timepiece from Franklin Wayne Orchestras.

We're using Peter Greco as well. Great musicians and we feel really comfortable with Peter.

We're using Paul Rich. A very close second choice for us was Vali Music (The Right Mix). Vali does showcases in Manhattan.

we are using code bleu. they are amazing and everyone i tell loves them as well. i just went to a wedding and they had scott yani who was pretty good too.

i recommend BODY HEAT!!! they are amazing!! they are an 8 piece band with the most amazing vocalists!!

We are using Daybreaks Night. They are a part of Franklin Wayne Music. They played my sister's wedding back in June and were amazing. People are still talking about them! FM me if you want their contact info.

For the bride that used Creations a.k.a Swept Away. I have booked them for my wedding last year. I have seen some bad feedback on them in this chat room and am really nervous. Were all of the band members that you expected there?

i second body heat!!!!!!!!! amazing. i also loved milestone, also by body heat productions. we're using body heat.

We used Elite Club, they are part of Elite Entertainment. I highly recommend them, they were amazing, all our guests raved about them and the dance floor was full all night.
