Need a bit of help please...

I am trying to make the programs for our wedding. I am doing them in the same font as our invites and such so that is fine. I want to make a 'booklet' with a few pages in it about the bridal party, ceremony and a few poems. Ok, heres my problem, I am not proficient in microsoft word so I am stumped. This is hard to explain but I will do my best. If you print something out, it comes out from top to bottom. I want it to print out to the right side of the paper sideways so I can fold the sheet in half. Picture a piece of paper, turn it sideways and fold it. I want to type on the front sheet and the front sheet of all the papers inside that I will be putting in it. But I cant figure out how to get the wording to print on one side of the paper and sideways. If anyone knows, please let me know. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

You would have to go into page setup, and change the page layout to landscape.

Try using Powerpoint - it is so much more user friendly and it can do so much more to make the program decorative. If you need help, you can email me privately.

Microsoft Publisher is set up for programs. It will print like a booklet. Otherwise, in Word, go to page set-up, and in the first tab, Margins, at the bottom it has a check box for '2 pages per sheet'. Check that and then play around with your pages on the computer. Let me know if you need help.

If you just want to type on the front sheed - Go into page set up 1. Change to Landscape 2. Go into Margins - Assuming you are using 8 1/2 X 11' paper adjust the Left Margin to 5 1/2 (half of 11) + the actual margin you want. For example, if you want the wording to start an inch away from the booklet fold, adjust Left Margin to 6 1/2. Is this what you wanted? This will allow you
