I am getting married at Fox Hollow on a saturday evening...the earliest my church can do the ceremony is 4pm...but my cocktail hour starts at 7:30. I do not need a lot of time to take pictures. We aren't having a wedding party.
Does anyone know of a church in nassau that might consider doing a 5:30 ceremony?
I am getting married in August.

you will probably have a hard time finding a church to do that since most have sat. evening masses (and some penance service on Sat. afternoon). The time in between will FLY....
I was upset since the latest we could have our ceremony was 2:30 (CH started at 7).....the time in between flew (we did take a lot of pictures) and now I am sooo glad we had it then.

If you are speaking of a Catholic Cermony i know most Catholic Churches have a 5 or 5:30 mass on saturdays

Yes, what religions are you? Catholic churches will be hard to find at that time, most have mass at 5:00pm

I had the same issue when booking my date- originally my wedding wasn't gonna start until 7:30 and my church was 2:30!! Your time gap really isn't all that bad...it will fly!

What about the historic chapel, right near Fox Hollow? On the same side of the road, just east of F.H.

You are getting married in the summer right? How about a church or chapel on a college campus. They probably do not have regularly scheduled mass while classes are out.
