Re: need a grocery list!!!
Shop the perimeter of the store. Produce, meats/fish/poultry/soy, dairy.
That's my rule of thumb. I try to have 85% of my stuff from the perimeter, 10% whole grain stuff from the aisles (whole wheat pasta, light bread, oatmeal, etc.) and 5% random stuff...dried fruits (I'm on a date kick right now), nuts, jam...that kinda thing.
Sometimes in the winter though, I end up buying more frozen veggies than fresh.

Do you read Hungry Girl? She publishes a really good shopping list of healthy, lowfat stuff that's ideal for WW followers too.

Re: need a grocery list!!!
Get some 100-calorie packs for snacking (look at me, i automatically go right to the snacking! lol). I like the popcorn because you get a lot in the bags. I also like the cheez-its and choco-covered pretzels. MmmMmmm
Also, get some high protein snacks, like nuts (lol nuts!).
I also keep a lot of beans in the house, so when I make regular tomato sauce with pasta, I throw in some northern white beans or cannelloni beans and maybe some spinach and it becomes a LOT healthier and a lot more tasty.
Also, for pasta, buy the Ronzoni smart taste kind. It's White pasta enriched with Calcium and Fiber. I buy that because I'm not a huge fan of whole wheat pasta (altho it IS okay). I figure, the smart taste is better than regular and it tastes the same. Plus, I don't drink a lot of milk, so the extra calcium does a body good.
