Need a jeweler who can custom make a pendant and who is VERY trustworthy

I have my mom's e-ring. I am going to have the stone reset into a pendant.

But, I need someone who can make the pendant and who will be trustworthy.

Can you please give me as many details as possible on the jeweler?

I am from NJ. So, the people around here are either asking $1,000 to make a small, white gold pendant with some diamond chips, or they want me to just let them hold onto the ring until they can reset it (SUUUUUUURE)

Thanks!

(I already know that Elsa is not in my price range)
