need a particular std website

I am looking for a particular STD magnet. I saw it on a thread but I searched it and now I can't find it.

It is a card that holds the magent and you can write a message on the card.

Anyone know the site it is on?

look at Vistaprint.com. We got ours there and got them pretty quickly and it was the most inexpensive place I found,
