need a place that will let me bring in a caterer?

I need help! I have a friend that is willing to caterer my wedding, but I am
having a problem finding a nice place that will let me bring in my own caterer.
HAve any ideas. thanks

You can try the Vanderbuilt Planatarium in Centerport - I am not sure if the wedding can be indoors but it is an absolutely beautiful place.

How much are you willing to spend on a site fee? and are you limted to only LI?

I'm getting married at the Queens County Farm Museum and you need to supply your own caterer. The site fee is $900.00 to rent the property all night.

I'm sure that there are so many places, I just don't know where to start. I
would like to stay on LII. Do you know the avarge prices for a place you
rent for the night? I appricate the info. Thanks

Here's a couple of places that we looked into:
East Hampton Mini-Mansion
The owner was asking:
$70 a head (outside use only, except the bridal party which would be able to spend the weekend.)

$150 a head for indoor use.

We canned the idea cause we didn't like the thought of our guests having to use porta-potties.
I believe the owner is willing to negotiate. He called us back to make another offer, but we booked the Bourne Mansion by then.

I looked into The mini mansion in east hampton, very expensive he wanted
4,500.00 for the weekend to stay there, thats fine but then he wanted 100.00
a person. Just to come to the house nothing else included. To expensive
for me.

have you looked at any of the vineyards?

As for the guy with the mini-mansion, he'll negotiate. He called my FH again to see what we're doing. During the 1st phone call he quoted my FH $100 pp for outside use only, but my FH got him down to $75 in a matter of 60 seconds. We would have 'bargained' some more, but settled on the Bourne Mansion. My fear was the weather. I wanted a place that I could be outdoors & indoors.
