Jedediah Hawkins Inn in Jamesport.

I've been to the restaurant a few times, and its exceptional. I would have LOVED to have had my wedding there, but our list was too large.

Sans Souci of Sea Cliff is a good choice. I've only heard wonderful things about the food and it is a very intimate venue that would be ideal for a smaller gathering. It has lovely views of the water and nice outdoor area too.
I'd also consider Westbury Manor's upstairs room ( the Hill Room). I'm booked there and the food at the restaurant was amazing ( and I'm a picky eater). FM me if you need prices for either place.
