Need a song idea

Need a song idea

My FFIL would like to have a dance with me, and have my mom dance with my FH (confusing) - its the opposite of mother / son and father daughter dances.

I think if we have all these dances it will be too much, so I am looking for a song which will cover the four if us - not too sentimental.

Any ideas?

Maybe some Sinatra?? The songs are generally on the short side, and not too sappy....sorry specific songs are escaping me

I just read the lyrics for I hope you dance and they are geat - is it a slow or fast song?

We did this-to 'Irish Heartbeat' by Van Morrison

Sinatra's 'Way you look tonight' was another song we were considering.

I danced with my dad to 'I Hope You Dance'! Read the lyrics, it is a very, very sweet song.

I'm dancing w/ my Stepfather, but he didn't want to do anything mushy- what we're doing is going to dance to the twist and do the 'twist' hope everyone thinks it's cute and different.

I am really thrilled with I hope you dance, and FH is in too. I think we migh thave hte band cut it to 2 verses, I really don't want a long drawn out dance expo - us, then my dad and me, then FH and his mom, then the four of us......OTT
