I have a 50th Birthday tomorrow night its my mine and fh's best friends (BM)'s Mom.
It is at a nice restaurant so
Q #1 - What should I wear? dress? skirt? jean?
Q#2- What should I get her and how much should I spend.

Is it a nice restaurant in Manhattan? If it is then i would say a dress. If it's a restaurant in one of the outer boroughs or out on the island then a skirt would do. Maybe you can get her a beautiful shawl,a nice pair of earrings or a bracelet. I would say something around $40-60 should be fine.

Thanks ladies. Its in Northport, LI. It should be a good time. I just need to go shopping but the outlets opened last night hehehehe so im gonna go look for an outfit when i get outa work!!! FH is gonna be so mad Id like to get her jewelry but i dont really know what she likes

I agree. I know the restaurants down in Northport pretty well. I would say nice pants. Its pretty chilly down there this time of year.
