We are really over on our guest list and I just wanted to know if at this stage 11 days before the wedding they would allow us to take the lesser dinner menu. We did not like a lot of the food from our menu anyway and ended up taking stuff from the lower menu. The sandcastle has been great to us but I just don't want to go there tonight with high hopes esp since this new lady deals with the finalizing of everything.

It doesn't hurt to try - I would give them a call. The worst thing that can happen is they can say no. Good Luck!!!

IDK, I think at this point they may sub some things out, but I doubt they'd let you change it completely.
