Need Advice...

Need Advice...

and someone to maintain my sanity . I was thinking of canceling with Burt0ns after my friend had a bad experience with them at her wedding this October. I met with a few florists but no one can come close to their costs and I don't have room in the budget (and fh won't let me have more $$$).

Then I reviewed my contract this weekend and relaized even if I did cancel I would owe $600 (30 percent of the payment).

So my question is: should I stop worrying and stay with them OR should I see if they can just do my boquets and have someone else do my centerpeices?

What was the bad experience? What happened with your friend? Cause I booked with them also but have heard nothing but excellent reviews...and saw a lot of their work.

Her flowers were wilting, weren't very full and they brought her the wrong boquet (twice). Granted, she did not ask for a sample but still.

Nobody is perfect....and unfortunetly not everyone is satisfied with what they get.

So my advice to you is go forward with them, I'm also booked with them and they have more good reviews then bad ones.

Def, def ask for a sample and make sure they take pics and u take pics too, so they remember exactly what they're using and how they're putting all the flowers together

I prefer working with individual people and small businesses, Hidden Essence is extremely affordable and she can work with your budget. She doesn't do more than 2 weddings a day and if you book with her, she's the one that does it.

If your interested FM me...Flowers were important for me to choose someone I trust and has a passion for it because I don't know anything about flowers and I wanted someone who would have a creative vision..

I'm sure if you talk to a manager or tell them your concerns maybe they can refund your deposit..listen to your gut!
