Need Advice

I am having 2 JR Brides maids one 10 and the other 12 which are daugthers of a cousin of mine who past away a couple of months ago....Any way when I was planning the Bridal party, My aunt, (which is there grandmother), and my mom suggested that I put them in the wedding bd. Well the problem arises with there mother...Shes alway been a witch, to put it in nice terms, when they were younger we were hardly ever allowed to see them..Anyways, my mom and myself put money together for their dresses, and the mom 'GAVE PERMISSION' for them to be in BP, now I have a feeling, only 63 days left to my wedding that she is not going to let them come out in the wedding..
What should I do...wait to see if the day of the wedding she will allow them to come, If she is in a good mood, or take them out now, and forget about the money spent on the dresses...At least I wouldnt have to pay for their plate, their shoes, and their flowers...?

How can you call her if she passed away?

Sorry its soooo confusing...Basically thier Father...was my cousin...HE Died...The Mom Is a Witch...She changes her mind very easily...At this present time The Mom is not talking to Us...ITS A LONNNNNNNNNNGGGGGGGGG STOry.....Now im not sure if the day of the wedding she would allow the girls to come out in the wedding..

Where I need advise is....Should I pull the girls out now and not include them in the wedding at all or hope that the mom wakes up in a good mood and lets them be part of the wedding...

OH!! Gotch ya. That is pretty funny how none of us figured that the father died. We saw daughters and right away assumed the mother died. I was like but how can she????????????????

Not to make light of your cousin dying. I am sorry for your loss.
