So I just have been looking online figuring out what colors I want to do and I'm having trouble. I am having a winter wedding in January and I really want to do a shimmery blue. I think it is called a Windsor blue. My MOH and three of my bridesmaids like it. However the other two don't. Do I pick what I want since its my day? Lol Also how much is to much to spend on a dress.Everything I like is 200-250. Is that to much? Trying to make myself happy and them is getting me a little crazy. Also the two that dont like it want me to do black and I really don't want too. HELP....

It's your day.. I would say to do the color(s) you want.... I think 200-250 is okay but you have to make sure that your girls can all afford to spend that.
When I was a bridesmaid, the bride picked the color and length she wanted and everyone got to choose the style that looked best on them so they were all similar but had a little bit of our personalities and taste in the dresses.
Are you looking for everyone to have the same exact dress? If so, are they all about the same size because I am a bigger girl and something that may look good on a smaller girl would look horrible on me.

Yes they will all be wearing the same dress. Everyone one is the same size so that's definitely not a problem. I will try and find a dress I like with a reasonable price just wasn't sure what a reasonable price is because they're all so expensive!

I know it's crazy!! but the good thing is (and I HATE when people say this to me because I have being reminded ... BUT) we have a little while to think about these things. I saw somewhere that brides were finding dresses at like JCP and Macys after prom season and it was cheaper then going to a bridal salon. I am definitely going to take a look next year!

Call Commack Wedding Center to get the cheapest price! Pick the color you want- I have 10 bridesmaids I am not asking them all!!

I think that's ok for price. My dresses were 225. You can look for trunk shows. That gives you a percentage off as well.
Also, pick whatever color you want. My one BM doesn't really like pink, but I picked it anyway because its my day and its what I wanted.

I took my sissy to try on the dress with the color I wanted! It is definitely the dress so excited that she looked amazing in it.
