Need Advice - Cheaper Honey Moon Options!

We've decided to change our pricey, upscale Honey Moon. We're sad about it, but it's just out of our budget.

Other than Jamaica, DR and Mexico - can you think of anything? I think Bermuda is too cold in November

Can anyone suggest anything like $2500 and under.We were thinking tropical. I looked up some cruises, but none seem to leave on 11/10 which is when we'd be going.

I don't even have a clue what to tell our travel agent since we ourselves don't know.

I decided I don't want to go to Jamaica and FH is anti Mexico and DR for some reason. We're so limited now.

I was in the same boat as you on this one plus we have been to alot of the islands already. I was told that Jamaica, DR and Mexico are the 3 'cheaper' places to go on a HM and was told this by a travel agent. Bermuda was our first choice but it was expensive or at least not what we wanted to spend and we were willing to spend $3500. So we chose Mexico b/c we have already gone to Jamaica and have no desire to go to DR. HTH

how about puerto rico? there are many great palces to stay and alot to do there!

The Sandals resorts we wanted to go to were still out of our range. I may look into it again.

I really want to go to Mexico though and those all inclusives seem very pricey!

well, we booked sandals antigua...it is all iclusive, everything, meals, excursions, drinking etc...have you looked into sandals at all? its worth just checking out...HTH

It depends on how long you want to go for, but I've been talking to Tom (travel agent).....he does all sorts of packages and he's very honest. If you give him a budget and a general idea of what you're looking for (how long, what area, etc), he'll let you know if it's possible or if you're stretching it. FM me for his info.

We went to Puerto Rico for a week for less than $2000 including everything and stayed at a very nice place. It was soo beautiful, I would look into it.
