Need advice from those who took pics before your ceremony!!!
Hi 05ers! My FH and I have decided that we are definitely taking pics before our ceremony so we don't have to rush during the CH. So now that we have about 3 hrs (or more) for pics we were thinking of going to a few different locations. Did you go to several locations for pics or did you just stick to one spot?
We're just thinking that it might be a pain to keep getting in and out of the limo, but it would be nice to have different backgrounds too.
Thanks!!! Jess

We just did the pics at the hall, but I just wanted to warn you taht time goes MUCH quicker than you thought it would. I would stick to one location, or two at most, but that's JMO

We took our pics before the ceremony, and I am really glad we did. It was fun, and we were able to mingle with the guests at the cocktail hour.
What locations do you want to take pics at? We took ours at the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens, and had a 45 minute limit. It took the whole 45 minutes just to get pics in the Japanese Garden.
I wouldn't do more than two different locations, b/c it will take a lot of time to get everyone moving from place to place. People might get lost, too. Three hours should be enough for two locations without being rushed. What does your photographer think?

Thanks girls!! My photographer said 2 places since we have a lot of time so I think i'll stick with that. Then maybe some quick ones after our ceremony at our reception site.

Jess, if you do some at Oakdale Arboretum (which Velvet likes to use--we got awesome pics there!) you can have a bunch of different environments and settings...
