I'm sorry you're going through this. Does the vendor have an actualstore that you an go to and talk to them in person? I think that would be your best bet at this point.

Honestly, I'd cancel. I know this may not be an option for you but I'm the type of person that STRONGLY believes in excellent customer service ESPECIALLY when your paying 1K for a headpeice!!!!!

I would go there and talk to them b/c the way they are treating you is absolutely unacceptable!!

Good Luck!

Any way you can pop into that certain area without making an appointment?

Are you set on this headpiece? If you paid with cc, and really don't want to deal with the vendor.....call your cc company and tell them you haven't been able to get in touch with the person regarding your product and you haven't received your product so you'd like to cancel the payment.

If you only put a small cash deposit, I wouldn't deal w/ them anymore. You don't need this stress while planning your wedding. You have enough time to go w/ another vendor.

BTW, I'd def. try and get my deposit back, but if not, it's not worth the aggravation and stress. Oh and I would also post this in my review if they don't do right by you.

I would go there...get a little confrontational if you have to. Yes, you have time until your wedding, but you're hair trial is coming up and they said you could borrow it for then....so they should honor that and be helpful in telling you when you can pick it up. If they're not willing to honor what they said, it might be worth it to lose the deposit and look elsewhere. Because come closer to the wedding, you don't want to have to stress over this vendor

I'm so sorry this is happening to you - this is awful. 1K for a head piece is a lot of money - you should be getting the royal treatment. I would just go there in person and work it out with them - and if you can't - get your deposit back, I'm sure there are other vendors that would love you IK.
