Need advice.... (long)

Well I get a call today from one of my bms telling me that she went to pay for her dress and noticed a problem. She says that while looking in the mirror, she was able to see a color difference between the top and bottom (we did seperates from Impression). So, she tells me that she spoke with the manager of the store who called the manufactor and was told they could not promise that if they sent us a new top that it would arrive on time nor that the color would match. It could possibly be worse. So luckly I had my first fitting today. Well we ask to see the dress and bring it by the window. Yes you can slightly see a color difference but you really have to examine it to see the difference. I asked 4 different sales women in the store to look at the dress compared it to my sisters. Two said you can barely tell (that was with them right next to each other) and the other two could not tell until we pointed it out. We also took a picture of it which I will get developed to see if they look really different in the pictures. I'm worried that if I order a new top that the color will be worse. What do you think?? As for my fitting it went pretty well. Even with my miracle bra they are sewing in cups as well to make me look like I have something. Anyone else heard of that? They claim they do it all the time. Also cutting off the sleeves to make it look like a tank instead of short sleeves. Next fitting is Sept. 10. Anyway thanks for letting me babble.

Considering your wedding is so close, I wouldn't worry about the color difference. If it doesn't jump out at you I don't think it will be a big deal (as far as pictures.) No one will notice. Although, definitely check to see how the picture you took came out. If you are ok with the picture, than don't stress over it.

You can't guarantee that the colors will be exact unless their cut from the same bolt of cloth --> so to get an exact match you'd have to get the top & the bottom done.

Seriously - don't bother! No one will see the difference - and I'm sure it won't show up in pictures.
