I set up a friend w/hubbys best friend and it turns out she is not much of a friend. aside from a previous post about left over condoms now she thinks im stupid for being upset that she was hanging all over my husband. I confronted her about it and it was apparently usless to do so but I dont want hubby to lose his best friend over an immature little girl and I already told her she is no longer welcome in our home. Is there anything left to do ?

Re: need advice on friendship
is she stil with his best friend? i think you've done all you can do - you spoke to her and tried to explain your feelings and she is too immature to deal with it! i'm sorry that she is acting like this! people amaze me sometimes!!!

Re: need advice on friendship
she is still w/ him and I dont understand how you can open your home and your heart to someone and this is the thanks you get. I am a very warm and caring person and aside from being angry and totally hurt I also feel like I have been taken advantage of. I have only been married 3 months and I have fights w/ hubby over this.

OK, found it...all caught up This is NOT a friend...first, you find her 'leftovers' in your home, now she's hanging on your hubby...not right. You have every right to be pi$$ed and not want to associate with this girl anymore. As for your hubby's BF, that is gonna be a tough one. How is hubby dealing with it??

Re: need advice on friendship
My hubby is wonderful and totally supports me. But I feel horrible about this b/c of his friend who apparently is more interested in getting l**d than appologizing for his immaturity. Should I give them another chance or should I stand my ground? Thank You for all your help
OK these people are disgusting!! You deserve a better friend then her!! Say good-bye and be done with her!
The condom thing, I can ALMOST get past because they were drunk (though I would never leave them alone anywhere in my house again) but there is a line that you do not cross. She crossed it and if she cannot understand why you are mad then she is not much of a friend!!

Re: need advice on friendship
Right there is all the proof that you need that she is not a friend. Good-bye good riddence!!! You don't need friends like that. Do not take her calls anymore and DO NOT talk to her.
She doesn't get it and probably never will.
