Need advice on my timeline

My ceremony is at 5pm in Manhattan, but we're taking pics beforehand around the city (central park, times square, etc.). The limo is picking us up at 12:30, and dropping us off at Capitale at 3:30. We are all getting ready at a hotel on Park Avenue and 23rd street the morning-of....I have asked the hair dresser and makeup artist to be at the hotel at 8:30 am.
My question is - is 8:30 am - 12:30 pm enough time for me and 4 bridesmaids to get made up? I am getting both hair and makeup done...they are only getting hair done.
Please let me know - I don't want to be rushing around, but on the other hand, I don't want to be ready too early either.
