Need advice on wedding shock syndrome?

Need advice on wedding shock syndrome?

I feel silly posting this but its been bothering me for days...PMS is never a good thing when planning a wedding! You learn to dread those weeks...

Anyway I am beginning to hate our CPs...we bought picture frames and were going to arrange several on every table with black and white photos of the FH and I. In the center of the cluster of frames, we are placing slender bud vases with three gerber daisies in them. We will scatter the heads around the frames.

It sounds great but its hard to cluster the frames. I admit I am neurotic when it comes to things looking a certain way. I kinda like symetry and want them to be perfectly matched in tight little clusters, but the FH prefers them to be haphazard so that people fee to pick them up and look at them, without feeling they are 'ruining' the arrangement.

He is really happy with the idea and we bought the frames at disocunt stores LONG time ago so we can't return them. Am I just being a doofus? I mean I went througha stage of hating my dress a bit ago too and now I am fine again so I am probably just being ridiculous. Has anyone else felt like this about any of their planning process? Is it just shell shock that sometimes our 'dream wedding' just doesnt turn out the way we inviisoned?

Thanks.

hmm i get nutty around my period too so dont feel bad..either way you place the frames people will pick em up and look at them more closely and they probably wont put them back perfect but your not going to care in that moment i promise you will be so busy with hubby that day and family kisses and hugs and yummy food nothing is gonna bother you! tell hubby that it can be set up your way but trust me the guest will end up making it his way!!! make sense?!

good luck! : )

Wedding shock syndrome! I like the term. It is very overwhelming....and yes I do think it's natural to be wrestling with these things over and over. In the end, it's probably a matter of stepping back and seeing what's most important--the meaning of the day and just doing your best with the details.
