Need advice regarding STD post cards?

I am thinking of doing my own STD cards, either using the magnetic sheets or using the Avery postcard sheets..

My question is the following:

have any of you done this?? if so, how did it come out?? what was the pring quality like?/

and if you did, which avery product did you use??

I'm on avery's site and there are like 24454544 different ones, but I don't know which one would look best.. I'm really concerned with the print quality..

Re: Need advice regarding STD post cards?

To be honest, its virtually impossible to get a professional looking post card using your own printer. Remember, these things will be going through the mail thus the possibility of getting wet.

There are several website that will print your postcard for you but I used www.cardstore.com - it was $1 each including postage and address printing. Sooo worth it!

Re: Need advice regarding STD post cards?

I made my own using Avery Magnet Paper on my own printer (I have a really good printer) and everyone asked me where I got them made

The key is having a really good printer that can print high quality stuff

Re: Need advice regarding STD post cards?

I got my STD magnets from favorlady as well as bookmarks for my e-party. She is wonderful to work with. I send STD notecards with the magnet. I needed to send info about hotels etc...

Re: Need advice regarding STD post cards?

Marcella, For $1.00 each I wouldn't kill yourself. But I'm biased because I HATE my printer!!!!!! I would tell anyone at this point to have someone else do it for them, it's much easier that way. It sounds like you can't beat the price.
