need AFFORDABLE spa recommendations for b-party

friend is getting married and she wants to do a spa day.

any recommendations for a spa that could handle like 10+ people and is AFFORDABLE???

please help!

anywhere! but not too far east preferably. nassau and western suffolk is fine.

the city is even better!!

oh, and by affordable, im thinking less than $200 per girl...

im not sure what kinda spa services you want but my bridal party and i did a spa during the day portion of my b-party

it was Allure Day Spa at 55th (btw 3rd and Lex). We just did a mani/pedi package which was $55 per girl. For an extra $10 we couldve gotten champagne and chocolates, but we didnt do that. They let us bring in our own stuff and even served us for no charge.

I am pretty sure they have other packages with other services (massages, etc) and you can basically just tell them what you want and they will customize a package for you.

The place wasnt huge but I thought it was nice and everyone was really friendly and did a great job. (edited to add: we had 10 or 11 girls with us - so it can def accomodate that size of a group)

hmmm i dont know 100% about this but I was told that Costco sells $100 spafinder gift certificates for $80 and that they can be used at numerous spas.

Check out LaCole Salon & Spa, I went there a few months ago for a massage and facial and they have a gorgeous party room. I was trying to think of how I could have a random spa party.

I've never been, but I heard that SpaCastle is amazing. Check it out.

Also, I've been to the Nordstrom's Spa in Roosevelt field - I think it is like $100 for an hour massage and it is amazing.

One of my friends went to Bliss Spa in the city b/c she got a gift certificate there from friends and she spent like 6 hours there - I think the massage itself was around $100-125 but then she spent a few hours in the steam rooms, the showers, the pool ( i think). Definitely look into it!
