Need an Appetizer Recipe

my friend is having a bday party and i want to bring something with me when i go, but i don't really cook so i don't know what to make. She is making stake, breaded shrimp, and potato skins. what can i make to compliment the above.

I need something easy and preferably something that does not involve meat. Any suggestions?

i have a great recipe for a spinach artichoke dip that is very easy to make. You just have to measure all the ingredients, you mix half of it together in the blender and then you mix it all, throw it in a baking pan and let it bake. Let me know if you would want to do this and i'll post the recipe. Ive made it before and its delicious, you can serve it with chips and pita chips

If not maybe you can make stuffed mushrooms, fried zucchini sticks, maybe bruschetta

spinach dip:
16 oz fat free sour cream
1 package knorrs vegetable soup
1 package frozen spinach
1 pumpernickle break round

mix sour cream, soup package and thawed and drained spinach.

cut the top of the break round off and scoop out the break to make it hollow. put spinach dip into bread., serve with bread pieces to sip

bean dip:
1 box philidelphia fat free cream cheese
1 can vegetarian refried beans
1 can green chilis
1 bag reduced fat shredded taco cheese

layer all ingredients in a deep pan in the order i listed them. bake in oven or cook in micro until cheese is melty and bubbly! serve hot with tostitos. so yummy!

you could also just do a simple veggie thing. . like steam some green beans, throw in some slivered almonds and pre-made salad dressing. .. easy and good

Fried Ravioli with roasted red pepper sauce! Its sooo yummy and easy!

First dip the ravioli in egg, then in bread crumbs and fry in some oil. To make the sauce take some roasted red peppers and puree them add to 1 can crushed tomatoes season with basil oregano and what ever you like, heat and let it simmer for about 30 mins and tada!!! Its sooo yummy everyone always loves it and you can use whatever type of ravioli you like! Enjoy!
