I need something for tomorrow as a side dish. I am making a turkey and stuffing.

What about some sweet potatoe fries. Toss with a little EVOO, spices that are in the turkey and stuffing (maybe some cumin, oregeno, rosemary - not all) and bake.

How about something super-easy, like string beans with some red bell peppers (sliced thin and sauteed in olive oil) mixed in?
