need an opinion

I have a friend from college who I was really close with. We have drifted since she left school (before I did) But have seen each other at functions and birthdays and stuff recently. I invited her to my engagement party and she didn't respond or show up. She apologized when I asked her about it, but doesn't really understand why I was annoyed about it...

We go up to New Paltz a few weeks ago and at breakfast she says we r gonna go celebrate her bday on 4/24. I tell her, its in my phone, just let me know whats up and i'll be there. No one filled me in and everyone's out for her bday tonight. Nothing happened between us so im unsure why she is being so shady.

My questions is... I sent her a STD, but at this point im not sure I even want her there or that she would even want to come for me and not to see everyone in the soroity who are coming....

On top of all that, she was maid of honor in our friend's wedding last April and she was told not to do drugs by the bride on the day of the wedding and she was high on coke while she made her speech.... im just over this stuff, we are in our late 20's not in college anymore. I have already told her and the few others that im not having it, but she's like the ring leader and at this point I don't really want her there....


What do I do?? Do I suck it up and invite her and hope she behaves herself or do I just not send her an invite...
