I am helping to plan a bridal shower and I wanted to include some form of fun entertainment. The shower is going to be held in someone's home and will have 30 or more people.
I am looking for entertainment ideas in lieu of playing games.
For various reasons, I don't want to have someone come in to do spa treatments, makeup demo or a wine/cooking demo. Can you help with other ideas? Please offer creative suggestions! Thx!

Re: Need Bridal Shower Ideas
When is the wedding? Is there a theme to it? Maybe if it is near Christmas you can have everyone make an ornament for the newlywed's tree or something like that.

I remember some celebrity shower that had a belly dancing teacher come & show everyone a few moves- it looked very cute.

It is in the winter but after the holidays. Your idea is a good one, but this would be a little late for that.
What about if I were to hire a musician to play acoustic guitar for 1-2 hours (before presents are opened)? I am looking for entertaining alternatives to just playing games.

Re: Need Bridal Shower Ideas
For mine we had scratch off lottery tickets made (they had my name and shower date on them). If they won they got to pick a prize. 14 winners= the 14th is my wedding day.

What about the DJ Chef? I know you said you didn't want a cooking demo, but he mostly focuses on playing music. My BMs hired him for my bachelorette, but I'm sure he could tone it down for a shower (we got a little crazy )
