Need classy venue for small wedding budget

Ok so i found a venue I was in love with and that was in my price range (Mejestic Gardens) but, my father didn't like it, and since is the one paying for my wedding I can't really say anything. So now I am back to square 1. I have a 25,000 dollar budget for everything for my wedding. I need something that is not too far from Commack since we have Christ The King booked as our ceremony site. I feel like every place my father wants me to look into is so far out my price range. I am begining to lose all hope!!! Can someone please rcommand some venues????

My friend just did her wedding at Captain Bills for around $20k, it was much nicer than Majestic Gardens and the food was really good.

Also check Fox Hollow, they quoted me $80 pp for a Saturday night for last April..I thought that was a steal.

Thatched Cottage does an all-inclusive for 100 people for I think $10k.

It's all a matter of what you want to add to it. My suggestion Spend your money on two things only -- the food/catering hall and the music. All the other stuff no one remembers anyway.

i think you meant 25 k for the whole wedding right?

i would suggest my rh but its a little far from commack.

how many people are you having?

fox hollow and crest hollow country club arent very far from commack and they are both very very reasonable. in the winter, they are in the 60s for a sunday or friday (possibly a saturday too but not positive about that). you could even get a spring sunday or friday in the low 70s or high 60s per person!

also, maybe check out smithtown landing...not postivive on price though

Majestic Gardens is still my #1... but they wouldn't negotiate too well with us..

but have you checked v.e.r.d.i's of westbury? its really not that far. our church is in bay shore.
