need creative ideas

We are DIYing our favors. So far here's the concept:
Our wedding is in the dead of the winter so we bought 180 white mugs at Ikea. We are thinking we will put hot chocolate (in plastic? packets?) with marshmellows; wrapped in tool with a gift tag with some kind of clever saying related to keeping warm/love, etc.
Any comments, ideas, etc???
I could use any help.
