I just typed 'chocolate fountains' in Google and some sites came up where you can rent them with descriptions. One said something about 'cascading chocolate' stuff like that. I think doing a search for it will help you get some ideas.

I am having the chocolate fountain. It is basically a HUGE fountain with chocolate that runs down (think of the champagne fountain). They serve fruit, cookies, rice krispies treats, pretzels, etc... to dip in the chocolate. Did your hall give you a better one of what they include?

Mine was no charge. It was included if we booked the hall by the end of the month we had gone to look at it.
