Try St. Anthony's in East Northport. My sister got married there two year's ago and my family is not a memeber of that church. My sister wanted to get married there only because our church was not as nice. You can also try the church I'm getting married in...St. Joseph's in Kings Park. I'm not a memeber but my fiance is. I hope this helps.
We're getting married at St. Josephat's in Bayside - not quite where you're looking, but they seemed very lenient if you really get stuck.
You might also try calling the Archdiocese and explaining your situation. They might be able to suggest a church that is more accomodating.
There is a one day pre-cana class in Bay Shore. If the church you use does not have a one day class, ask them to give you contact info for Bay Shore.
