I am about to loose my mind on this detox diet - you have so little to choose from and im so hungry. i only have 7 more dyas to go and then FH and I are starting Nutrisystem.
Any tips to help my get through it?

just put pictures of your wedding gown all over so you wont take a bite of something you'll regret. i have it as the background of my computer and i have a picture of it with me at the gym and in my server book at work (where i struggle the most! working at tony's in magic kingdom. yummy italian food)
have you ordered from nutrisystem yet? i'm still trying to get rid of some food i didnt use when i was on the diet. i'm moving soon and dont wanna have this huge box in the van with me. get in touch with me. i'll sell it to you for cheap

good idea about the pic - i actually have a pic from when i was like 18 and i really liked the way i looked so thats my motivation - i hung it on the fridge.
if you dont mind me asking - why did you stop the nutrisystem? some people say they hate the taste of the food - i dont mind like the ww dinners so if its anything like that i can deal

the food is actually really good if you find the right food. its just too expensive for me right now. i wish i could afford to do it, but i cant. plus when FH was living with me, he would eat healthier and i'd have to cook for him, but couldnt eat it. it drove me nuts so im just eating 1200 calories or less and im losing the same amount of weight as when i was on nutrisystem.. seriously, nutrisystem is the best fad diet. it really works
