We are using Class Act. Mike (the owner) is very nice and came highly recommended. Hes very down to earth and prices are very reasonable. 631-254-8303

thanks..my fiance called them and they are sending info..he said they sounded nice. who else did you look into for a DJ?? My fiance and I are out in CA..and are only on LI for a week this summer..so I want to choose our DJ then. we also plan on seeing VIP studios..I spoke to John and he was super nice.

We looked at a few, Tommy Tunes, I cant remember the others was quite a few months ago but Mike was the best! He has a web site too www.ClassActDJS.com I think. Are you doing a video? We looked at a few people there too so I can give you a few names to see if you are doing that.

Definately! Let me first say FI doesnt want a video so I was doing this all alone! But at least I got what I wanted LOL!! I talked to J&R Video who I think some others are having. Scott was very nice however I decided on someone before I went to see him. I met with John @ VIP Studios (photographer) he is doing our photos but the tape for the video I wasnt impressed about. Are you more interested in videos with cartoons on it? For example: when they introduce ceremony they show cinderella riding in the horse drawn carraige? Or would you just like to see OUR RECEPTION with a pretty flower or something? John at VIP has the cartoon additions which are cute but I ended up liking the other way better. So that is important. I met with another in Plainview but his prices were outrageous for a 45 min video. Some do pics of you growing up, some do honeymoon pics. I ended up at Keepsake Videos. I was referred to them by a friend in the catering business. Prices are a bit high but they do 2 cameras at the ceremony (only ones I met with who did that) and you can have 2 at the reception also. I really fell in love with the 2 camera idea because it catches everything. For all that you get the price wasnt to bad. You need to decide first what you really want. I didnt know until sitting with 5-6 people but when I saw it, I knew. Email me at [email protected] and I will help you out however I can.
