Okay so I think I found 'the dress' But having a dilema. I found it at my moms friends bridal shop. The price was over 2K and she said she could do it for 1400....still more then I wanted to spend on a dress....So i found it down here in FL where I live and they can get it for me for 1099...MUCH better!!
SOOOO anyway, my mom just called and said that her friend called and said that she could do it for 1250....so so i get it down here and save the 150 bucks or do i get it up there??

just make sure to check out the reviews on the bbb.org (better business bureau website) before you purchase the gown from this store that can do it for so cheap. That might help you make a decision!

i agree with jess, find out what kind of reputation they have...its good when you have someone close to the family to deal with bc theres that comfort zone.
I say whatever is most convenient, also remember you have to get alterations so keep that in mind

The dress actually fit me perfectly off the rack, length and size...so I dont know that Id have much in the cost of alterations...so tough....

remember then you have to get it altered and they will charge you more if you don't buy the dress in the shop. I would say go with the family friend because its not too much of a diff.
