Re: Need easy recipe for steak

What kind of recipe? Are you looking for marinades or various ways to use/cook the meat?

Re: Need easy recipe for steak

Sometimes I just throw alittle Adobo on it, and grill it. FH LOVES it that way & you cant get anymore EASY than that

Re: Need easy recipe for steak

We like marinades. I've bought a few of the packaged ones, just wondering if anyone had any other ideas.

Re: Need easy recipe for steak

I use balsamic vin.,white wine, salt, peper, garlic powder, parsely, basil and basically anything else you have in the cabinet.

I leave steak in liquid for as long as I have (no more than over night) then I briol meat, take juice and cook it on stove...add some more white wine andd mushrooms and cornstarch...It make a GREAT sauce for meat.
