My fiance and I have been searching for a favor that it somewhat unique but more than unique...personal to us. We decided that traveling and experiencing new places is very important to us. Therefore what do you think about these ideas?
We were thinking about using these luggage tags as place cards and inserting the place card where the iformation would go.
Then at the tables I was going to make these and fill them with M&Ms. Suitcases
What do you think?

WOW! I love how unique those favor ideas are! and more then anything they reflect exactly what you want them to, You and FH! I think they are great, and you should do them! remember favors are not a necessity but rather a choice, some weddings don't have favors at all, so if your going to do em, them do em how you want em

omg i think thats ADORABLE.
my sister was a flight attendant, those would have been GREAT for her wedding.
(for her shower gifts we gave out mini travel bags...)

I just thought of an idea for you... FH's friend got married at the end of October last year and they had little mini pumkins for the place card holders... and candied apples as favors....
though you might be getting married a little too early in october for that.

Thanks for the idea, but my brother and FSIL are getting married 6 weeks after me and that is what they are doing.

I really like the idea - in fact, it's one that I considered! However, personally I'm not such a fan of the airplane shaped luggage tags - I think they're cute, but I would much prefer the plain rectangular ones. Sorry, I really don't mean to offend your idea at all, jmo.

You didn't offend me at all. There are actually many different types. I have seen cruise ships, hearts and the rectangle shaped ones. We haven't decided which ones yet.
