Need favor ideas

I am getting married 9-4-04 and I'm almost done with everything except my favors. I can not find anything i like, nor do i know where to start. If anyone has any ideas and/or picture please help. Thanks a million

I like mine- Ice Cream Scoops from FavorFavor.com. I also got silver plated tea strainers.

Do you have any kind of theme?? There is a lot you could do. Do you have any ideas in mind?? You could do wine bottles, wine stoppers, candles, candy, ice cream scoops, shot glasses. There is a lot to choose from. You could also make a donation to a charity and just give people a scroll saying in lieu of the favor you made a donation. Just some iseas!!

A few ideas have been thrown around such as personalized wine bottles, frames and candles but I haven't really seen anything that fits me and my other half. The theme is still up in the air something like a fairytale wedding has been coming up a lot. The way we met and the proposal were just like a dream, and e keeps calling me his Cinderella bride. I also thought about CDs with our wedding songs but i don't know if that is a practical idea.

I agree that a donation to a favorite charity might be a nice thing to do if you cannot settle on anything. I have been mulling over ideas in my head for months now and I still cannot think of anything I am in love with.

My FSIL gave out beeney babies when she got married. She said that they went over very big. People were trading them, and not a single one was left behind. She said she figured that even if people didn't want them for themselves, they knew a child they could give them to.

I don't know that this really suites what you are saying. I just think that her idea was different so I would throw it out there.

Another favor I liked- one bride I know gave out stained glass hearts for her V-Day wedding. I still have mine. Stained glass comes in many different styles, shapes, colors, etc... (Maybe little fairies) You could give out a figure that represents you and FH.

My sister did cd favors.

They did love songs, The first dance song, the cake cutting song.

I love how the cd looks. I would love to do that but do people really listen to them or keep them. I have so many favors from weddings i have been to and most of them i have never unwrapped. I know that's horrible but they aren't anything i am in to or could use. I am donating money to a charity as well but i want people to go home with something in their hand as well. That is a great idea though. The stain glass hearts would be nice but where could i get them from??? Thanks for all your help.
