Ok so FH and I have been to 4 stores and searched the internet like crazy but we can't find anything... everyone seems to have the same stuff..
We want something different but useful , that the guests will love.... we also can't get anything too little (since we both have italian families and if you give them a bad favor then the entire wedding was bad.. lol) but can't spend a crazy amount of $$ either..
help!

We are doing mini flower pots that come with flowers seeds for people to plant. It wasn't too expensive and it is giving back tot he environment!
I got bags like these (a little smaller) in black with a design I created on them that says 'Saving the world, one bag at a time' -- here is the mock-up, too.
My dad thinks they're a really stupid favor but I love them and FH loves me and is happy about them.
Sometimes you just have to do what means something to you.

My family would think it was stupid too...but I LOVE IT! They make fun of me for using these bags- but I am saving the environment- we ar ebetter people for it!

maybe look into some bride reviews for ideas. i have seen espresso cup sets and cheese boards before. or a nice serving tray? also heard that people have gone to the outlets for mikasa/lenox pieces.

Mini Wine Bottles ( No personalized label) just a tag on the outside - no one wants anything personalized - except for parents maybe

And cupcakes, yum!!
It's one of my fave drinks and I thought it would be fun!
I am ordering the mix through an ebay seller and the glasses I found for $1/each on Google.

I got my wedding favors (picnic basket w/ truffles) from this store, it has many things that are truly one of a kind. It's def a great place to go if you're looking for something beautiful & different. The owner, Joanne Ner is a sweetheart! Something I would recommend is def edible items. Unfortunately, for keychains, mugs, coasters, etc. most of it get tossed away after the wedding.

I know the Italian family thing with the favor bc that is my family exactly!! have you tried Anna at La Confetteria del Cuore - 1533 Clintonville Street - Whitestone, NY 11357. Tel 718-747-2489 She has everything and really helps with budget.
