I got my favors here.
I come from a big Italian family so favors were important to us as well. We got a bamboo and porcelain dish set. they are small dishes-like for dips and stuff.

i think i need to stay away from anything edible, bottle stoppers, cd's , donations, or anything less than $2 a piece. its so difficult!!

but i will def be checking out all of these sites you all have been posting .. thanks again!

We are going to do an edible favor... I have a big Italian family too and there is nothing Italians love more than food!! :)

We have decided to go to the Chocolate Festival in NYC in November and do some chocolate tastings and get some ideas as to what we like the best...

I'm going to buy favor boxes online like these...

they are $0.25 each!!

... and then ribbon that matches my color and wrap truffles in each box...

I looked at Neuchatel Chocolates and they have 1lb boxes of truffles (32 per box) If we buy 10 boxes thats $350 plus 37.50 for 150 favor boxes and say ribbon costs $20... two truffles in a box and it costs about $2.75each for 150 favors....

Ok so FH and I have been to 4 stores and searched the internet like crazy but we can't find anything... everyone seems to have the same stuff..

We want something different but useful , that the guests will love.... we also can't get anything too little (since we both have italian families and if you give them a bad favor then the entire wedding was bad.. lol) but can't spend a crazy amount of $$ either..

help!

This was our wedding favor. It's a candle and incense set. It comes in a wooden bamboo box that I still use today to store stuff in. It was just under $4 per box but we did 1 per couple so it was $2 per person.

Two ideas
1) how about black and white cookies yummy and simple and elegant. My friend found a baker eho is even wrapping and putting her labels on them.

2) do something personal. FH and I love to cooke so we are printing cookbooks for our favor.
