Need Fingers Crossed!

I found the PERFECT house for rent in the perfect area for the perfect budget!! It's a 2 bedroom ranch...just what I always wanted. We are going this weekend to take a look at it...so please please keep your fingers crossed that we will get approved! FH and I both never rented a place out...and our credit is good / OK, but not fantastic...so I'm PRAYING that we'll get this house! We really both have too much hands on to confine ourselves to a complex or sharing a house with other people. So this little house will be PERFECT!!! AUGH! I'm dying over here ... just to fast foward in time! LOL. So, please keep your fingers crossed for me that we'll be approved and we will be able to move in the middle of march!!!!!! PLEASE?! lol

Thanks! If we can get it the end of March...it'll just be sooo perfect. I think i'm gonna have an axiety attack! lol

I def. will. We'll be going to see it over the weekend. I don't know how the rest of the process works, but geez...I've NEVER been soo nervous like this!

Aw honey, I know how you feel! I am going through the same thing trying to get approved for buying a house and I know how exciting/nerve wrecking it could be so you will def be in my prayers love! good luck and let us know how it goes!!

We're not even up to buying yet... LOL. Just renting... I'm sure I'll be 10000x worse when we buy! HAHA. Thanks! I'll keep you in my prayers as well!

Are you renting through the owners or through a realtor? We rented directly from the owners, and all we had to do was submit to a credit check. Our credit is good, but not perfect, and FH and I were still approved!!! I'm sure you'll be fine!!!

I'm actually not too sure...I'm hoping it just done by a person rather then a realtor... Oy.... sooo stressful. Thanks for your words though... I HOPE we'll be fine! LOL
