Need florist for boo-ks, boutineres, coursages only

Getting married in West Hampton next summer and need simple bouquets, boutineres, coursages and bridal bouquet. Does anyone have an inexpensive alternative? I read somewhere that Burton's does a $750 package - does anyone know what it includes?

Check out jack and rose. I inicially commited to Church, and personal flowers. SO you can definetly have florist do that.
