Hey there ladies.. first off CONGRATZ to everyone for being engaged! Hope your weddng planning is going well... I need some advise.. Im going to see my first florist tonight and i want to go in there with a budgeted number and tellt hem I do not want to go above ? budget... but I am not sure what that number should be. Do you know what the norm to spend on flowers are? I am not looking for over the top at all... but i want something very beautiful.. Im going to have 10 tables so figure I need 10 centerpieces.... flowers for my bridal party of 8... mine... the guys pin flowers and the mothers flowers.....
can anyone tell me the norm? I appreciate any help I can get!! thank you!

i cant really help you with the norm for flowers. that depends on how high you want the centerpieces, the flower you want to use, etc...
but i can recommend that you go to the flower petaler in huntington. Meredith is very affordable and very creative. you should get a few estimates from florists to see which one is best and what their ideas are.

It depends if you want low or high CP's, what type of flowers you want..roses are relatively very affordable. Alot of florists will throw in the mothers corsages, petal for the flower girl and boutennaries(spelling?) for you.

I needed very similar arrangements...you can probably have a budget of $1200-$1500.
If you're willing to only go with seasonal flowers, that will reduce the cost as well at some florists.

i have one more bm then you, and 5 more centerpeices and my total was 2,250... i also had a few more extras i needed... but that gives u an idea. That was my lowest quote and it was from pedestals
