Re: Need gift ideas

I think it would be handy to have the portable play/yard crib. Right now almost every relative in our family has one and we don't live that far apart. So I never need to lug ours along.

Not too sure about having a spare stroller up here, I mean sure why not. But I don't think much of toting the stroller around, its just always in the back of the truck.

Also the portable swing may be short lived or like my baby not used at all. Your niece/nephew could possibly use it once and then if they don't come back for another month or more be out of it by then.

Another idea could be somewhere for the baby to eat. My son was in his highchair by 4 months and didn''t really want to sit nor fit in his infant carrier anymore.
Even a portable seat that straps to a chair is a great idea for a wiggly baby.
I have this, I got it for when babies came to visit the house and now I can take it on the road if I need to.

Fold n Go Booster

Maybe a nice cavernous diaper bag for weekend stays? I've heard good things about Eddie Bauer and Landsend Bags. I know when we have an overnighter our usual diaper knapsack, and my skip hop bag just don't hold enough.

thank you so much! i like that high chair thingie! i just want them to be comfortable and i know that when my aunt used to visit from california with her three kids, my mom would borrow these things from friends so that my aunt wouldn't have to lug them on the plane, but that was also a once/year kind of thing. i hope they would like it...i know that when the time comes for me, my mom would do the same for her house (she lives two hours away).
