I just had my hair trial trying my hair half up and curly. it looked great at first and dropped 2 hours later. im going to buy one of those jessica simpson hair extensions to make it fuller but my hair is so thin and straight. i want to keep with the idea of half up but need help. thank you!
First, you shouldn't go in with clean hair. It shouldn't be washed for a full day. This way the oils build up and it holds better. Second, after you wash your hair put in a nice amount of mousse or gel and blow dry in. This combined with not washing your hair will last much longer.
My hair is straight and fine-and doesnt hold a curl if I got it permed! FHs aunt will be doing my hair the day of and she curled my hair when I went and saw her and the curls actually stayed in! First, dont wash you hair before you go, second-mouse and when they put your hair in the curling iron they have to spray it and slide the curls up and down the iron-so it curls all sides...Good Luck!
