Need Hair/Makeup Timing Help!

Hi Girls!

We're having a 1:30 ceremony so we have to start in the morning with getting hair and makeup done. FMIL and FH's grandmother both live out of state so I'm trying to help find someone local to do their hair and makeup. FSIL has also expressed that if their place ends up being cheaper, she's going to go there instead of coming with me and the other BM's.

Anyway! I realized there's an ULTA close to us and they have very reasonable hair and makeup prices. They normally open at 11 on a Sunday but said they would open early at 10 to start doing hair. This seemed like a great idea until I realized that the limos are going to be picking us up by 12:30. This doesn't really leave any time for my FSIL to be at the house with me and the other BM to take pictures before we leave for the RH. I don't want to be rushing last minute to get pictures or have her not be in the group shots.

This place is perfect because the location is convenient and the prices are amazing since we're trying to keep the price down. Please offer any suggestions you may have!! This has been such a big stress for me! Any advice is greatly appreciated!!

I was in the same situation - although it was a bridesmaid that was getting her hair done elsewhere....the best solution (which worked out perfectly) is to ask your photographer what time he/she plans on arriving to your house for photos and then just work backwards. If your limos are picking you up at 12:30, and the photographer says he needs 1 hour at your house you tell your family you need them there at 11:20 and let them figure out what to do and where to go.
