I haven't posted in awhile, but the next steps are approaching. What are some tips on registering? Time, who to bring, should I make a list prior, important questions to ask? Yada, yada, yada....FYI-my fh is VERY involved and wants to come with me to register and my mom is obsessive with the registering part. Advice? Also, we need to reserve the hotel rooms, find an officiant and research honeymoons. Need help with all. Thanks everybody.

When we registered, my FI held the scanner. When I saw something I liked, he scanned the bar code. He only objected when he didn't like what I picked out.

Try Reverend Michael Callahan for officiant. He is under Vendors on this site. We registered at Bed Bath and Beyond. I would recommend that store because when you return you get cash back. When we went to register they gave us a checklist.

We are having Reverend Renwick Jackson--interfaith--marry us. his website is www.renwickjackson.com. We went to a travel agent after picking out a few possible HMs beforehand--they helped us pick out the one best for us. We decided ahead of time on a price we wanted to stay under, the amount of days, and that we wanted all inclusive. For registering, I started registering at Bed, Bath, and Beyond at home with my mom making suggestions on good brands and items--FH and I will go alone to the store to add on anything else he can think of.

Thank you.... Keep it coming... My FH and I went out tonight and we were discussing the things we still have to do for the wedding. We are going to plan to sit down next week and really start organizing our thoughts.

We're registered at BB&B too. We just did it on the comp though. We're gonna have to head there at some point
