NEED HELP!

I am not a newbie but undercover because I don't want my fiance to see this post. His 25th birthday is coming up and I want to throw him a surprise party. Any suggestions for fun venues (preferrably in Suffolk County would be great!) I don't even know where to begin.

How many people? How much to you want to spend? Are you thinking just a bar or dinner and stuff?

We are probably looking at a range between 50-75 and would like to have dinner, not necessarily sitdown. Maybe a buffet style or something more relaxed. I want it to be fun and not too 'stuffy'.

Not in Suffolk County........ but Strike in New Hyde Park is my favorite place in the world...

Awesome bar, pool tables, and an indoor go-kart track!!!!! They play great musice too!!! AND, they have a private room.

If you're looking for laid back- check out the Lessings Restaurants-- most have a private area-- there's the Post Office, Library Cafe, Bulldog-- there are more -- go to their website:

I took a look at their site and it is so cute! Unfortunately, it is also very far from where we live. Does anyone know of any other places in Suffolk that may be similar?

I think there's a Dave & Buster's in Suffolk- I know they have private rooms- it's a lot of fun!! perfect for a 25th b-day!!!

Try Brickhaus Brewery in Patchogue (I gave my FH his 30th surprise birthday party there and it was GREAT) FM for details
